All about the Historic Monaco Grand Prix & Spa Classic Group Tour 9-21 May 2018.

Having the Historic Monaco Grand Prix and Spa Classic taking place on consecutive weekends gives you the fantastic opportunity to visit both events in one combined tour.

You will be part of our 7 night Historic Monaco Grand Prix tour as far as Grenoble. On Tuesday morning the 12 night tour will head through the Alps to the Vosges and Black Forest where you can include an optional visit to the Cité de l'Automobile in Mulhouse, which is home to the staggering Schlumpf collection.

After continuing north on some excellent roads through Luxembourg you will arrive at your final 4* hotel close to the Spa Francorchamps circuit. During the Spa Classic you will be able to park in our exclusive area in a prime location within the Clubs Enclosure.

Parade Laps

To better understand why the current F1 drivers love the legendary Spa Francorchamps circuit so much you are able to take your own car onto the track during the Parade Lap sessions available throughout the weekend.

The Parade Laps are not a track day but helmets are mandatory for all drivers and passengers taking part. More information about the Parade Laps is available here.

If you need a helmet you can choose from the excellent range available in our shop.

Despite prices for this tour not being known until the costs associated with the Spa Classic are finalised demand has been high and most rooms have already been provisionally allocated. If you are interested in joining this tour we suggest you contact us as soon as possible to reserve your place on the 7 night tour to Monaco. The Spa Classic can be added to your booking as an extension at a later date.

  11. Day 11 Saturday 19 May 2018

This morning you can choose to relax at the hotel, visit the local town of Spa, watch the final practice and qualifying sessions at the circuit or enjoy the empty roads through the Eifel to the Nurburgring (approx. 1hr 30 mins away).

If going to Nurburg you will have the option of doing some laps on the Nordschleife (opening times TBC) or simply soaking up the atmosphere before arriving at Spa for the first race.

You will have plenty of time to explore the Paddocks and walk a whole lap of the circuit, which is recommended because it will give you a full appreciation of the elevation changes and reward you with some excellent views of the action.
