Wednesday 3 Sept - Chamouille​
​
Tonight's 4 star hotel is 2hrs from the Eurotunnel. Travelling a little way from Calais means more time tomorrow to enjoy some wonderful roads in rural France.
1 night dinner, bed and breakfast.

Thursday 4 Sept - Colmar
​
Monza is a long way so some motorway miles are essential. However, that does not mean there will not be enough time for some excellent 'driving' roads. Today's will be in the wonderful Vosges region.

Friday 5 Sept - Lugano
​
Your base for the weekend is an historic hotel on the shores of Lake Lugano. This lovely town is on the Swiss side of the Italian border making it excellent value but it is only an hour by train to Monza.
​
The hotel has a secure underground car park and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
​
The route to Lugano will contain a selection of Alpine passes you will not have experienced on other FTT trips.

Saturday 6 Sept - Qualifying at Monza
​
It's a short walk to the station to catch the train to Monza. The Autodromo Nazionale Monza is famously known as The Temple of Speed thanks to its long straights and fast sweeping corners.
​
Nothing will prepare you for the incredible atmosphere generated by the crazy Tifosi!

Sunday 7 Sept - Race day at Monza
​
Can Lewis win on his Ferrari debut at Monza? You can guarantee the reaction of the crowd will be off the scale if he does!

Monday 8 Sept - Colmar
Head north over some more dramatic Alpine passes.

Tuesday 9 Sept - Chamouille
​
Your route back to the first hotel includes the stunning climb through the Vosges mountains from Cernay. You may have done this before but it's so good it's definitely worth doing again. An alternative route can be provided this time if preferred because the Vosges Mountains are full of great roads.

Wednesday 10 Sept - Home
​
Return to Calais for the Channel crossing of your choice at the end of what will have hopefully been a memorable tour.​

As usual for Anthony's tours, the prices quoted are for payments by Bank Transfer. If you would prefer to pay by credit or debit card a secure link will be provided (a 2.5% fee applies for card payments).

A 30% deposit is required to secure your place on the tour.
Due to the very high number of requests for hotels this close to Monza, deposits need to be paid before 1 November.
Balance to be paid before 1 June.
