Package Travel Regulations

To comply with the Package Travel Regulations and for your financial protection, we are a member of Trust My Travel.  Our membership number is TMT2964.

The Package Travel Regulations define a ‘package’ as a pre-arranged combination of at least two of the following elements, which are sold or offered for sale at an inclusive price, and when the excursion lasts for more than 24 hours:

Transport
Accommodation
Other tourist services not accounting for a significant proportion of the package (e.g. an admission charge to a museum, theatre tickets, or a guided tour)

 

Your money, whether by bank transfer or card payment, is paid into an independently managed Trust Account held at Barclays Bank in the UK. This means in the unlikely event of our financial failure you will receive a refund for the services you have paid for. Money is not received by us until all suppliers have been paid and you have completed your trip.
