All about the Historic Monaco Grand Prix 8-11 May 2026 (3 nights).

This prestigious weekend of historic racing takes place just before the Formula 1 event on the famous street circuit which still follows 80% of the original layout.

If you would like to fly to Nice or make your own way through France our 3 night packages, which include your hotel with a sea view from your balcony and breakfast, plus grandstand seats and access to the race paddocks, are the ideal option.

Alternatively experience some of the wonderful roads in rural France by joining us on our 7 night group tour.

In recent years the bi-annual Historic Monaco Grand Prix and Spa Classic have taken place on consecutive weekends meaning we could visit both events in one stunning combined tour, the FTT Continental. If the dates align in 2026 we will be running this tour again.

    1. Day 1 8th May 2026

      Arrive at your hotel on the Cote d'Azur.

      If you have time today would be a good day to visit the race Paddocks because they will be busier tomorrow and Sunday.

      1 night, bed & breakfast.

    2. Day 2 9th May 2026

      Wander through the race Paddocks before watching the final qualifying sessions and the first races from your reserved grandstand seat.

      This evening is always a good time to walk along the circuit near the swimming pool and soak up the atmosphere while parties at bars such as The Rascasse are in full swing or you could try your luck in the world famous casino.

      For something quieter head to the charming old town on top of the hill where you will have a great view of the harbour and find a good selection of affordable restaurants.

    3. Day 3 10th May 2026

      Today you will witness a priceless collection of Grand Prix cars being raced on the limit inches from the notorious Monaco barriers.

      Don't forget to allow time to visit the race paddocks if you didn’t get there yesterday.
